If you need custom embroidery go here! Nowhere else is Toronto will do it unless it’s a large order. Tailor’s Choice did exactly what I wanted, even called me to confirm. Joe got back to me promptly with a quote and it was completed faster than expected. The woman who helped me put the order in was friendly and efficient. I would definitely return with any other embroidery needs!
This place is really good. Friendly staff and they have an points card. It's useful if you need things altered a lot.
Was a first time customers to this established and the tailoring industry period, so understandably i had a few questions regarding prices and the terms. The lady who picked up had zero patience and was very unprofessional and rude. Implying that i was wasting her time, that she couldn't be on the phone all day when i had been on the phone for literally 2 min. Doing calls and answering questions is part of your job lady, overall a very bad first impression.
Dont go here ! Customer service is terrible. They made a mistake with embroidery on a Pottery Barn chair, and their solution to fix it was that I bring in another chair even though the mistake was on their end. The owner, Joe is rude and makes no effort to fix a mistake. Any pottery barn customers - go somewhere else for your anywhere chairs ! Not worth the risk. I would give 0 stars if possible.

RUINED MY NEW JEANS: Bought a new pair of tapered jeans but they flared a bit at the bottom and I didn’t like the look as I brought my jeans in to have the flared bottom taken in – I brought my jeans in on Monday and they couldn’t give me a date earlier than Friday. I went to pick them up at 4 pm and they had not done the tailoring – I waited and they did it in 5 minutes but proceeded to charge me #30!! I try the jeans on at home and they ruined them instead to tapering the flared bottom they tapered the leg (which was already tapered and I can now barely put them on) – the flare at the bottom is still there. WILL NEVER GO BACK
